Contact Us1. About these terms
These Terms & Conditions of Sale apply to all quotations, orders and supplies made by Aritech Chemazone Private Limited ("Aritech Chemazone", "we", "us"), CIN U29304HR2017PTC070414, GSTIN 06AAPCA9378P1ZL, with its head office at Radhey Radhey Market, Near Shani Mandir, Pipli Ladwa Road, Opp. Vishawakarma Saw Mill, Kurukshetra, Haryana - 136118, India. Aritech Chemazone is the authorised Indian distributor of products manufactured by Nanochemazone Canada. By placing an order or using www.chemazone.in you agree to these terms.
2. Quotations and orders
Prices shown or quoted are offers made by Aritech Chemazone and are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. A contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing or by issuing a proforma or tax invoice. We may decline or cancel an order that contains an obvious pricing or description error, or that we cannot lawfully supply.
3. Prices, taxes and invoices
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Goods and Services Tax (GST) and any other applicable taxes are charged extra at the prevailing rate and shown on the invoice. Packing, freight and insurance are included only where the quotation says so. Because products are imported, prices may change before order confirmation if exchange rates, customs duty or freight costs change.
4. Payment
Payment terms are stated on the quotation or proforma invoice. Unless agreed otherwise, orders from individuals and new customers require advance payment by bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) or UPI. Institutional purchase orders may be supplied on agreed credit terms. Overdue amounts may attract interest as permitted by law.
5. Delivery, risk and ownership
Delivery dates are estimates and depend on stock, import and transport. We will inform you of significant delays. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address in your order; ownership passes when we receive full payment. Please check the package on arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
6. Inspection, shortages and damage
Report any shortage, damage, incorrect item or non-conformity with the specification in writing to sales@chemazone.in within 7 days of delivery, with photographs and the batch number. Claims made after this period, or for goods that have been opened, altered, mixed or stored incorrectly, may not be accepted.
7. Returns, replacements and refunds
Because chemicals and nanomaterials cannot be resold once dispatched, goods are not returnable for change of mind. Where a valid claim is accepted, we will at our option replace the goods, issue a credit note or refund the price paid for the affected goods. Custom-made or specially imported items are non-cancellable once ordered from the manufacturer.
8. Intended use, safety and compliance
Unless expressly stated otherwise, products are supplied for research, development and industrial use only and not for human or veterinary use, food, drugs, cosmetics or household use. You are responsible for safe handling, storage, use and disposal in line with the safety data sheet and Indian laws, including the Environment (Protection) Act, 1986 and the rules on hazardous chemicals. Some products may be restricted and supplied only to qualified institutions.
9. Product information
Specifications, descriptions and images on chemazone.in are given in good faith from manufacturer data and are typical values. Batch-specific results are shown on the certificate of analysis. Product images may include the manufacturer's branding and may differ slightly from the material supplied. Technical advice is given without liability, and you should confirm suitability for your application.
10. Warranty and limitation of liability
We warrant that goods will meet the specification on the certificate of analysis at the time of delivery. All other warranties are excluded to the extent permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of research data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.
11. Export and resale
Goods are supplied for use in India. You must not export or re-export them except in compliance with Indian foreign trade rules and any applicable export control laws, including SCOMET controls where relevant.
12. Force majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, government action, strikes, transport or customs disruption, or supply interruption from the manufacturer.
13. Privacy
We collect and use personal information (such as name, contact details and order details) only to respond to enquiries, process orders, comply with law and provide support, in line with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We do not sell personal data. To ask about or correct your data, email sales@chemazone.in.
14. Grievance redressal
If you have a complaint about an order or about this website, please write to our Grievance Officer at sales@chemazone.in or to the head office address above. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it within one month.
15. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The parties will first try to settle any dispute by discussion in good faith. Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kurukshetra, Haryana.
16. Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your order applies. For questions, contact Aritech Chemazone Private Limited at sales@chemazone.in or +91-9468182640.
